If it looks like, smells like and feels like vinegar, it is. For my fab 5 felines, I've been using this on a cotton pad to clean out ear gunk. Squirting it in their ears didn't seem to do much. I've had better luck with a different brand that's probiotic based coupled with a known ear miticide. Read more
