I’ve been using real silk pillowcases for years now as they prevent the dreaded “bed-head” aka bird nest morning hair and “crumbly” face. My hair has become thinner/finer with age, adding some curl, it’s usually in knots after a restless night, making it difficult to control with frizziness & static electricity unless I use an obscene amount of hair products. My facial skin has become thinner with wrinkles, not needing additional pillow markings. Ms Adola pillows are beautifully printed on both sides, perfectly fitting my specialty pillow, zippered which helps keep the pillow inside even after I toss & turn in bed. Pillows are well sewn, zipper a good quality, sewn so well, I have to look for the zipper grip to find the opening! The material has a beautiful sheen, soft to the touch I’m not well versed on the qualities of real silk & “mommesilk” & Mulberry silk but from the feel/handling of the pillows it feels definitely not polyester/nylon infused. The print is simply beautiful and the black cat reminds me of my rescue cat Inky who passed away last year. I intend to give the 2nd pillow case to his last “servant” who still mourns him. 2 quality pillow cases at a “steal” is a wonderful gift to self, family & friends. Obviously the one with cats will be a hit with cat lovers but Ms Adola offers a beautiful variety of pillow cases for almost anyone. I highly recommend this product. Read more

I got the "Blue White Flowers" option in the standard size. It's the first time having silk pillowcases so I can't compare to others, but these are beautiful and I enjoy the material. I was concerned it would feel weird, but they are actually really soft and the texture did not cause a problem at all (as sensory issues due to material/texture can bother me). The first night I slept on them, I woke up without creases on my face for the first time in...possibly ever? lol I don't know if ever is true, but I really don't remember the last time I woke up without creases on my face from sleeping and they take forever to go away. So it was worth it just for that. Obviously this doesn't work if I sleep with my arm folded under my head also so I've been trying to sleep with my face directly on the pillowcase instead. I had no issue fitting my standard size pillows and the zipper is hidden well. Also, I adore the pattern and color. The cream flowers seem to take on the hue of colors near them (like a pink blanket that was next to it - I don't think they actually have a pinkish hue though because I don't notice it now that I no longer have that blanket on my bed). It’s definitely not real silk, I’ve had mulberry silk pillowcases and the feel is definitely noticeable. Plus the tag says polyester and spandex. So these are satin pillowcases not silk. The description is inaccurate. But the satin feels nice and will protect the hair if that’s what you’re looking for. The cat print is whimsical. Very cute. Colors are rich. I would recommend these if you are looking for printed satin pillowcases instead of solid colors like most… and if you don’t mind that it’s satin, not silk. Read more

Beautiful and so soft. I washed them in cold water and Free and Clear Laundry Detergent. They came out looking perfect. They are so soft to sleep on and you can tell that this silk is thicker than most. It doesn't cause sweating in the middle of the night either. I'm glad I bought them. And I would buy from this company again. Read more

Based on the very low price (two pillow cases for $20), I was suspect about the quality. Unfortunately I didn't read the low end reviews before purchasing. I had the very faulty assumption that Amazon would vet the products they sell. Looking at the previous one star reviews, it looks like they've changed their tags. The tags used to say 97% polyester 3% spandex... Now the tag reads "100% Mulberry, the silk sleep set," the 100% Mulberry is meaningless, it doesn't say "Mulberry silk." On the Amazon website the description under Product Material lists silk. Amazon needs to take some responsibility and not print false claims. I've had both silk and satin pillowcases before and satin just doesn't hold up as well as silk, nor does it have the same feel. Read more
