I have found that I really enjoy the taste of these white corn torillas made by Mission. Its in a person's taste, however, these mission torillas are strong enough to hold whatever meat or cheese item you may place inside the torilla. But soft enough to eat and truly enjoy. Next time you decide to go south, go with these always fresh white corn torillas from Mission. They are almost perfect. Read more

Basic small tortillas, with grainy corn flavor

These are plain tortillas, on the smaller size and packed with corn flavor. If you are not a corn lover, the flavor might be too much for you. I personally did not enjoyed the corn tortilla flavor so I'll stick to wheat flour ones. I heat them usually a couple of second in the pan for softer tortillas, or up to 1 minute for crisper tortillas. The tortillas don't have elasticity and they tend to break very easily if they aren't softened and you put too much in. The tortillas aren't too fragile, but eating tacos was never meant to be graceful. Also, the texture is very dry. Read more
