TRUST THIS COMPANY AND READ WHY! [old review:] Smelled of Mildew & Mold, Clear Window Ripped!
UPDATE !!!! HERE IS MY NEWEST REVIEW... FIRST REVIEW IS AT THE END: Dear Amazon customers! If you are looking for an exceptional product, then buy from this company and here is why! I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding customer service and top-notch products that their company offers. As I have now become a loyal customer, I want to share how they earned me as a loyal customer. I recently had an exceptional experience that truly exemplifies their commitment to customer satisfaction and will keep me coming back to them. Eight months ago, I purchased one of their products, and I unfortunately received an item that had an unpleasant odor and the plastic ripped during use on conference to Wisconsin. I did not post a comment until 8 months later when I was getting ready for another long-distance conference and I started shopping for another garment bag though. As I was shopping, I decided to leave a comment and to my surprise they reached out to me immediately and replaced my garment bag. The new bag was sent with express shipping and arrived in time for my next trip! I am very impressed by this new replacement and its quality. Not only is it free from any rips or defects, but it also had no unpleasant odors. It was clear to me that I had made an excellent choice in selecting your brand. (It also looks so professional! I know my mother traveled a great deal when I was young and always complained about not being able to find a quality garment bag and my order includes two bags for her!) Life often throws unexpected challenges our way, my trust in their company was solidified when I encountered a rare issue with a product and when I reached out to their customer service team, I was met with the utmost professionalism and kindness. They went above and beyond to ensure that my concern was addressed promptly. What amazed me even more was how the company promptly sent a replacement product just in time for an upcoming trip to Detroit! I did not get the “too bad – so sad” treatment. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Their team not only met, but exceeded my expectations, and I am immensely grateful for the seamless and stress-free resolution of the situation. Today, I am thrilled to share that I have purchased more of their products, because I trust their brand, the people, and the company, because they stand behind their product and listen to their customers! Tried to wash it and it did not come out. I needed this last minute, so I was forced to use it. I sprayed some fabric febreze in it and that was all I could do.
