Pros: Finally something with Directions! Tells you how to dry fluff or hand fluff the pillow, which is nice because it is floppy in the middle from being folded in half and vacuum sealed. Size and thickness are right for what I needed it for, and the pillow looks full in the pillow case which is what I wanted. Read more
