Got it for a quick trip for a weekend be cause my last one broke on me for my last trip ( just letting you all know that the last one, I got it at Burlington). It’s my first time owning this particular luggage. Which I will say it is amazing. The locking system is such a breeze that I don’t need to get one. Having a safe mind no one can get it. It doesn’t come with a key when purchase which it explains on tags. For the size I go the 24” it’s surprisingly spacious, handle all the items I needed. The rollable wheel are study and glide perfectly, but if there’s uneven floors just pull normally. It does get scuffed, scratched, a little minor of a dent on the handle. But if you use a magic eraser, all of it comes off. So easy to clean. There’s only a few places that you kinda can tell; up close. The color itself is beautiful and eye catching to spot, the texture it has makes the scratches or scuffs Nonexistent from far away. Overall, I’m totally happy because it is very easy to maintain also the quality of this is amazing. You can use a magic eraser to get rid of them. It’s truly worth the money. I had a hardsided delsey clamshell carry-on suitcase and it was OK, but couldn’t fit much into it because of being basically two small compartments (also has other pockets and stuff inside that takes up space). This suitcase is the same size and only a tiny bit heavier, but it’s so much more functional! Having a lid just on one side, and then having the whole suitcase wide open is SOOOO much better! This case can really hold a lot of stuff and any size and shape you need. I use packing cubes and it easily held a weeks worth of vacay clothes. The straps that hold the lid open (not on the floor) are a small but extremely helpful feature! So far the wheels are good and the handles feel sturdy. I’ve waited until after an extended international trip and a Hawaiian vacation to test the Mixi check-in and carry-on before posting a review. I purchased new luggage because I’m tired of my heavy B&R luggage that opens like a clamshell and takes up a lot of space in small hotel rooms. The Mixi luggage performed like a dream. Fabulous. Wheels over rough terrains were wonderful and smooth. The exterior still looks brand new. And I can’t believe how much I can pack - even more than my B&R with compression. The light green color enabled me to spot my luggage from far away. It really stood out among the sea of black. Lightweight, sturdy, reliable. Highly recommend!! Read more
I purchased this carry on suitcase after seeing it featured on a video regarding luggage reviews. The reviewer raved about it because it is a top-open suitcase, and I noticed the color is an eye-catching light green. After seeing the price drop during a sale, I went for it. I haven't used it for a trip yet, but I've tested out the packing capacity and rolling capability. For the price, it's a quality piece of luggage and also stands out from the "average" suitcase. It has a bit of a "retro suitcase" feel and minimalist design, which I like. I'm not sure if I'll use it for my upcoming 2-week trip - I have another carry on that is a bit bigger and is also expandable which may work better for that purpose. But, as a fairly frequent traveler, I'm sure I'll use this unique suitcase very soon. At this point, I'm rating 4 stars since I haven't actually used it for a trip just yet. If you're in the market for a new carry on, definitely consider this one when shopping. Read more
Love this top loading case. Used it for 10 days in Ireland and it worked out just fine. Held up great on the trip. Looks great, easy to handle, held enough clothes for nearly 2 weeks. Handle length was perfect for me. A bit expensive, but I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Read more
This is a great piece I’ve been back and forth on soft side hade case . Carry on vs checked bag. I like this 26 inch check bag I like the top load design. It’s a great size . Love the way it looks. It's made well - feels sturdy and maneuvers easily. It doesn't hold as much as my old one, of the same size that has the 'clamshell' opening. I had to return it. I need all the packing space i can get. Read more
