Awesome plaid pants
Okay, I wore these pants with a knee-length black wool Pea Coat, a black chiffon blouse and solid black Chuck Taylor’s. Yeah, I do my own thing. Anyways - I got tons of compliments on the look and the pants! Unlike a lot of plaid pants I’ve bought - these are very clearly plaid! A lot of the time the details are too subtle and end up looking all gray or whatever. Not with these. These pop. These stand out. They’re thick but not too thick. Between the pattern and the stiff-ish material - they’re more likely to hide your flaws than other stretch type pants I’ve worn. They do stretch - there is give! But they also stay where you want them to stay and didn’t loosen up as my day went on. I’ve only worn them once so I dunno how long they’ll hold up but I already feel they’re worth the price. I’m a decent height for a woman. I’m 5’7” but!!!!!! I have short legs. I can (and have) worn pants that belong to someone 4 inches shorter than me and they fit beautifully lmao. I totally forgot to try these on and “tailor” them to my stupid legs before the event. I had no time to do anything. NO PROBLEM! This kind of weirdly stiff (yet stretchy) material very cleanly cuffed under and you couldn’t even tell. It didn’t look bulky (these are already flared so that helped but seriously - no bulk), the pattern totally matched up on each leg so I folded along one of the plaid lines AND IT STAYED ALL DAY. All day, people! I sat and stood and walked and crossed my legs etc etc etc - several times - and the cuffs didn’t budge at all. Super impressed. I highly recommend these pants.
