I’ve tried *so many* different brands, and this is the only one that is effective enough and has enough adhesive. It’s also super see through and not noticeable, in case that’s important to whoever reads this- you can wear it out of the house and it disguises it like makeup, but the whole time it’s steadily doing its thing, sucking up that zit juice. When you take it off, it’s got all this white stuff on it, which is oddly satisfying. So no more popping, therefore no more scarring or dark spots! I am in my late 40's with dry, sensitive skin that breaks out just thinking about it, and four daughters in the tween and teen range. We get a lot of zits. Patches like these couldn't be easier to use. Simply put one on the offending spot, go to bed, and wake up in the morning with the liquid pulled out. Make sure skin is dry and doesn't have lotion on it for better sticking. I don't like to wear them on open spots even if there is gunk to drain as I find when I remove the sticker the dried part/scab comes off with it. Some people will wear them during the day but the patches turn white when the gunk is pulled out and I find that hard to ignore. These are pretty pricey at the current price of .18 each. They are packaged in a simple foil packet with a ziplock closure. The dots are on perforated plastic which makes them easy to peel without rolling or wasting a dot. There are two different sizes . . . the large one is not quite large enough for my cystic acne but they are large enough for anything my teens get. Unlike other patches, this does have some treatment (salicylic acid, tea tree oil, etc) in it. I feel like that helps make the patches more effective. The packet I received expires 9/9/2024. I am an avid user of pimple patches and have tried many, many brands. I found out about this product from Reddit where someone recommended these, and I decided to give them a shot. I’m so glad I did!! I love that they have the beveled edge. They are thin and virtually invisible but not so much that it’s just “nothing”, and they wear well under makeup. Not only can you put makeup over them, but you’ll totally forget they’re there unlike other patches. They lie completely flat against your skin and have all the acne fighting stuff in it as the other patches AND they stick so well that this one held up against me swimming around in the ocean for an hour and a half. 10/10 a necessity! I paid about $7 for this set of acne / blemish patches. I like how it keeps me from picking my pimples - still need to see, if it is working though, I have not seen any results yet. There is a decent amount of patches included, but not exactly invisible though. Read more
