This is 4 stars not because it has a flaw, but because it is solidly a 4-star rather than a 5-star thing--good product, useful, doesn't blow me away or make me want to tell a friend about it as an active recommend. That out of the way, I appreciate this bow holder/organizer. If you have clips/hair things with clippy backs, this is an excellent call. I hung this on the girls' wall below their chalkboard, just above the baseboard, where it would be easily accessible to them. I opted for a horizontal orientation (no reason why not), so I won't be commenting on the tensile strength of the hanging string or anything, but I can say that this is good thick but not overly thick felt, lots of long rows, good widths for tiny claw clips and hair bow clips alike, and it has enough tension behind it that I also can tuck bow hair ties (no clip) without them falling.
