I did a lot of research before buying this, because I wanted it to be high quality, sturdy, and pass my Goldilocks needs - not to much or too little of anything but just right. It had to be light enough to lift and heavy enough not to tip easily, have height range that is low enough to use on a couch and high enough for standing, a top that is large enough to hold some basic needs like a cup and an external mouse or notebook but small enough to maneuver, and castors that swivel for easy rolling on carpet or hard flooring and lock for stability. This table is very sturdy and well made. Like that it is adjustable height, but would be even better if you could lower the height of the table down about 6 more inches when sitting. The cupholder is nice, but could stand it to be just a little bit larger in diameter to accomodate wider glasses or mugs. It fits a bottle of sports drink OK or a can of soda.
