I ordered this for my little brother for Christmas, bought extra mods on the app, when he opened it I set it up and everything and realized the r1 button literally didn't work, ridiculous for this price, after reading more reviews this seems very common with these controllers, I returned it and got back my money, will never order from this company again, don't waste your money on a broken controller Read more

No Recoil Assist on This Product

Was really looking forward to using this controller, however, it does not have the correct chipset for the 'Recoil Assist' function. I wish the manufacturer would have put that in the description and then maybe I would have sprung for the correct controller. Well, if you don't want the same issue as me, don't get this controller, go with the upgraded model. Disappointed in the product description, feel a bit duped. Read more

Programming is clunky if you’re doing anything advanced and sometimes just isn’t possible

So, I bought this controller so I could set R1, R2, and L1 to rapid fire. They only let you put the “rapid fire” or “turbo” mod in once. So even though the mod exists, if you want to do anything with more than 1 button, nope. It would be the easiest thing to be able to copy that mod for a second or third button, but nope. The app also disconnects from the controller a lot, and sometimes when it does it, it wipes some of your settings, I was stuck auto jumping for a whole match until I had time to go fix it. It also is NOT nearly as customizable as they claim. There are very specific settings you can change, nothing special. Read more

The controls felt really funky after I started using it, and when I reached out to customer service they told me that "it sounds like it is working how it is supposed to be." If I wanted to return the controller to them to check for an issue, I would have to pack it, pay for shipping, AND pay an additional fee if THEY decide nothing is wrong with the controller. Okay, so that feels like a lot of hassle for the possibility of me paying more, so I am trying to see if I can tolerate the funkiness on my end. After using it a few times, the right joystick completely broke off. My original PS4 controllers lasted way longer than this one. I paid $200 for a modded controller but the overall quality and customer service are less than desirable and very frustrating. At least my controller looked exactly like the picture, but I do not recommend purchasing from them. Read more
