I am really happy with this ceiling fan. It looks clean and modern, and the white finish blends perfectly with my bedroom ceiling. Installation was straightforward and all the parts felt solid and well made. The fan runs very quietly even on the higher speed settings, and the remote control is easy to use. I especially like the adjustable LED light which gives off a nice soft glow without being too harsh. It moves air really well and keeps the room cool without any wobbling. Love the way this looks in my newly decorated room! It’s sleek and beautiful! I was afraid that I could not find a solid black ceiling fan because of the farmhouse fad that’s going around, but I hit the jackpot on this one. I bought the 42 inch. It has six different speeds and of course the direction is reversible. It came with a remote control, and the opposite side of the blades is gray. I was surprised at how quiet it runs and also it had to be a low profile to fit my needs. Installation was easy and the directions were easy to follow. I will give 4stars, as first step in manual for metal bracket is not clear and also there were few scratches on the coupling. Fan looks really good and the lights are very bright. There are three options for light and also can adjust dim/brightness. I did return/replacement due to the1st step of metal bracket in the manual thinking missing parts but actually it was not. Fans work great, quiet, six speeds and many adjustable options for the light. Need to follow direction to a "T" for assembly. If you are not mechanical and or you are not knowledgeable about electricity, I would recommend an electrical contractor to assemble and install. Bought one, then a week later brought another. Price was right as I had two fans with warped blades. Replacement blades are expensive and needed to have holes drilled for mounting screws. If drilled holes are not exact, you could end up with an unbalanced, wobbling fan which would eventually fall. Best to buy new. Read more
