I gave this 5 stars because it’s super cute and everyone that has come over to my house has said the same thing. It’s doesnt look cheap like people have said. they use real metal and the bulb on the bottom is glass. The small “crystals” mesh do seem to be plastic but you can’t tell unless you touch them, and for the price, why are people complaining? Con: this wasn’t easy to install. The directions are useless, and blurry to boot. The wires are European so the colors don’t match and you’re left guess, so I messed up. (Luckily, my dad’s an electrition and he fixed it for me) The other con is, the bar to screw your light in is a single bar not a cross bar. So I had to spend more money to get a cross bar so my lamps wouldn’t hang sideways. Other than that... great lamp!!! Read more

My wife picked these out and they are quite attractive. When they arrived they came without ANY instructions on assembly or making them function. Muddled through the mounting despite too long screws r equiring ugly washers and an opening far too small for any hand to reach the cap screw. Finally getting it together and turned it on and it FAILED TO FUNCTION WHATSOEVER!!! They provide plastic wall anchors to attach to the wall but there is a ground wire in the fixture which obviously is required to attach to ground somewhere. But if no box they where??!!! Again, no wiring instructions or guidelines enclosed either. Bottom line is they will not function at any level as shipped and once again my wife is disappointed. It is obvious that there is some trick involved but since it has an attached plug in cord with correct grounded spade on it, there should be no such requirement in the fixture. Tried to contact Customer service but the outgoing message referred me to web site where no way to contact seller seems to exist to resolve the matter. I don't want to return, I want to fix the problem!! WAKE UP AMAZON. DON'T SELL WHAT CANNOT BE INSTALLED AND FUNCTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Customer SERVICE CALL ME, YOU HAVE THE NUMBER. Read more

It was a pain to install but now that im finished i am happy with the light. You will need to order a special light bulb. The standard American chandelier bulb does not fit it. Instructions are garbage. One of the black wires coming out of the pull chain connect to the black wire coming out of the light. The other black wire in the pull chain connects to the black wire in your wall. Took me hours to figure it out. Read more
