This outfit is very cute and perfect for autumn. Though the fabric is lightweight, it doesn't feel thin or cheap. The garments are pretty soft so for kids with sensory issues, this shouldn't present too much of an issue. I have seen other children's clothing from this Modern Moments line from Gerber and one thing that's been consistent is that the colors seem muted or washed out. They make me think of the "sad beige " trend/ aesthetic. The fit is pretty true to size. One feature I really like are the little pockets on the pants. I love seeing pockets on little kids clothing. This is a great set of comfy clothes for a kid! I didn't think the fabrics would be so soft and cozy. I'm not gonna lie - I kind of want a set for myself, too. The stitching is really nicely done and seems strong. I bought him a couple of cute t-shirts a while back, and within a couple of weeks, the hem stitching had come undone. My nephew is currently living with us while his mother recovers from major surgery. I wanted him to have lots of cuddly things to hopefully make him feel safe, warm, and loved during this weird period of time. These combine fit, quality, and function. I've washed the outfit three times and it still looks like new. The spaghetti stain came out with a little stain treatment. I really like the modern moments by gerber brand and this outfit is super cute and great quality. I love the slouchy fit of the shirt on my 2 year old. I love the muted colors in the stripes and I feel like it looks very fall but he can also wear it in the winter. I took off 2 stars because I'm not the biggest fan of the pants. Compared to the top the pants are quite large on my son and the fabric is that type of fabric that catches every little piece of lint and that makes them look dirty. Read more
