Modern Wood Oak Black Flush Mount Ceiling Light Dimmable LED Ceiling Light Fixture Minimalist Circle Close to Lighting

We bought 3 of these lights. All were professionally installed. It took several weeks for the election to come over and instal them. 2 lights are beautiful and work great. I actually love them. The one that is defective is my issue. Amazon told me I was out of my 30 days to return it....well I had to wait to have them installed, so I contacted the seller and the manufacturer, after 9 days no response from either, amazon again told me tuff luck and will do nothing about it. we are now out $60 and all I want is a replacement so all might lights match, but there will be a cold day in hell before I buy another from this company or seller. Return date should have been April 15th but I didn't get them installed until April 29th so there was no way I would have known. I will up date my review if ANYONE ever contacts me. So disappointing because shipping , packing and light are all good... if the one just f&%ing worked EDIT: after 2 emails and the above review WOKNOS responded and overnighted a new light to me and issued a partial refund. That my friends is good customer service. I am still unsure of why it took 9 days to get a response from anyone. But As you can see I have changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars because the lights are really nice and once the company was reached their customer service was above and beyond. Read more

The installation was simple and the different color options (a total of 5) was nice to have especially in a smaller laundry room, however there are two things about this light I don’t love. The top of the light where The wires come out is completely flat and there is no rim to give you some depth for installation wires, so if you have a tight fit already for your wires in your lights electrical box this will make it worse. There is no give on that front. It fits flush to the ceiling and all the wires have to be tucked into the electrical box for it to not have a gap from the ceiling. The other part I don’t love is the light cover. It’s just a plastic circle that you have to bend like a taco to get it inside the metal edges of the light fixture that it rests on. They give you a small allen wrench and call it a “hook” if you need to remove the cover for any reason. I had to remove mine after installation cause my spouse didn’t love the setting I had the light on originally and wanted me to change it. For that task you have to use the “hook” to bend the plastic cover some to get to the switch to change the setting. After the light is installed I think it looks nice aesthetically. Easy to install, light functions is perfect as it gives a well rounded brightness without shadow spots. The cover it was shocking to be plastic but you can’t really tell after installation and is placed in the ceiling. I’ve had it for a while and I could say is worth your money. I recommend it for small laundry room, bathroom or closets. Read more
