Safety Concern

I have always been a Moen fan due to the quality of their products. However, this model is very disappointing. I have only had this showerhead since May 2025. It was installed correctly and working fine. Unfortunately, the connection part to the showerhead hose and the shower arm pipe is only made of plastic. I have included photos. This piece broke and the shower head came down with force and hit me in the back while I was showering. I do not want the broken part replaced because I have no trust that this product is safe. I am taking the time to write this review as a safety concern for others. Read more

This product looks good and worked for a little while. The swivel that’s attached to the shower head was very loose. When you lift it up, it drops back down slowly. Today took a shower and the whole thing cracked and fell off. Money wasted. Read more
