Well made and definitely with the price. The backing plate was a little smaller then the opening on my fiberglass shower so I had to use the old one to keep it mounted. Read more
Basic Tub/Shower Remodel Fixture Set
Item as shown. Works well now. Unfortunately, cartridge supplied with unit leaked. But, replacement cartridges readily available at HD/Lowe’s and did not slow down bath remodel. Read more
Safety Concern
I have always been a Moen fan due to the quality of their products. However, this model is very disappointing. I have only had this showerhead since May 2025. It was installed correctly and working fine. Unfortunately, the connection part to the showerhead hose and the shower arm pipe is only made of plastic. I have included photos. This piece broke and the shower head came down with force and hit me in the back while I was showering. I do not want the broken part replaced because I have no trust that this product is safe. I am taking the time to write this review as a safety concern for others. Read more
Expensive but the guarantee is worth the price
We spent the money for the Moen shower head because of their amazing guarantee. If it breaks, even after 10 or more years, the company sends you a new one, for free. Worth the money! Looks amazing in the shower in our guest bathroom. Great water pressure. Not very heavy and was easy to install. Read more
Extra nice pull down shower kit
I knew to choose a quality, nice looking product and glad I chose this one in chrome. Chose it also bc this pull down shower head was larger when others were way too small. I have really enjoyed this in my beautiful renovated bath! Read more
Didn’t last three months
This product looks good and worked for a little while. The swivel that’s attached to the shower head was very loose. When you lift it up, it drops back down slowly. Today took a shower and the whole thing cracked and fell off. Money wasted. Read more
