This is an excellent bathroom sink faucet. I spend a lot of time at my parents’ house and occasionally help update things around their home, so I picked this up to replace their older late-80s/90s sink hardware. The difference is huge. The high-arch design which adds height and swivel functionality make it much more practical for everyday use, and it instantly modernizes the look of the sink. Modern styled Moen sink. This is a center set faucet, and is a compact design for smaller bathrooms, while still retaining a large amount of style and flash like a larger faucet. It features a spot resistant finish. I'm not sure its going to be resistant to every finger print, especially the dirty ones from kids, but it does not streak and smudge like my last faucet so that is a nice benefit. Assembly and install was fairly simple if you have some basic plumbing knowledge. All accessories and pieces needed were included. And the best part, is that it doesn't leak anymore in the bathroom! Very easy to install and I'm so happy with the distance that the spout sticks out because the builder-grade one that came with my home would spill water onto the counter if the water pressure wasn't turned up fast enough which make dripping the faucets really hard in the winter but this one sticks out far enough to where that isn't an issue. This is a very high-quality product. It is attractive, solid, and—if the instructions are accurate—fairly easy to install. It comes with most of the parts necessary for installation; you will need some of your own tools (a pipe wrench, a crescent wrench) and some sealant. The only issue I had was with the delay in shipping. We had a renovation going on, so I went ahead and snatched this when it popped up on my feed…but it arrived too late, and we had to go with another option instead. That’s a shame, because this would have looked much nicer than the one we ended up getting. Read more
