In the course of a typical workday, I am able to leave the office, shoot a few images, and then return without making practicing into a major production. Due to the fact that the net eliminates the primary source of friction, which is the need for time, a location, and the additional mental push to go someplace else, this ease has had a greater effect than I had anticipated. In order to prevent the exercise from devolving into mindless striking, the two target regions are what are involved. To begin, I began to use them as simple tasks, such as 10 balls aiming at the left target, then ten balls aiming at the right target, and then a final set in which I swap targets while attempting to maintain the same speed. Despite the fact that it is not an ideal replacement for seeing the flight of the ball, it has proven to be quite helpful in constructing a setup that can be repeated and in teaching my eyes to choose a certain path rather than swinging into empty space. For a number of clubs, I have used it, and it has performed well in all of those situations. Working on contact and rhythm is made much easier with wedges and short irons by using this technique. Due to the fact that the input from the strike is rapid and constant, I am able to immediately determine if I am becoming sluggish with my hands or whether I am rushing my transition. When I use hybrids and mid irons, I approach it as a means of developing a controlled swing rather than as a means of achieving the most possible distance. When it comes to the driver, I have been more deliberate about spacing and alignment, and the net has been accommodating enough to let me drill with confidence while still rewarding a stroke that is centered.
