My girlfriend and I have tried out several Molton Brown products in the past, but this is the first time we have tried a perfume/cologne. Molton Brown is known for intensity when it comes to its scents, and that's exactly what you get with the Mesmerizing Oudh Accord & Gold. So a little goes a long way, making this travel size bottle a generous amount. Application / Scent For a small tube, the applicator is solid and gives you a nice, small spray mist with each press. I found that just one or two sprays is all I needed, as otherwise the scent can be overwhelming. It goes on strong and remains that way all day. This scent is reminiscent of incense and musk, with some woodiness. I find the incense is the most dominating component of the blend, so ideal for those that like that scent profile. If you are not into incense, worth avoiding this one and trying out an alternative scent. While most Molton Brown scents are pitched as unisex, we find that many of them lean one way or the other. I've been a fan of Molton Brown hand soap for some time because of it's quality and pleasant but not floral scent. This perfume meets that same expectation. It's not overpowering or too floral.
