Hit or miss on the quality. One order was great with a thick band of elastic around the ankle. They never fall down even after several washings. They arrived in a box. The next order came with a thin band of elastic and fell down into the shoe the first time I wore them. They came in a plastic zip lock bag. You don't get to choose which ones you receive. Good luck.
