I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Anything you use in or on personal areas should be sealed, or at least the outer packaging. I did return first order waiting for replacement. The box was smashed and it looked like it had been used. Got me questioning whether I should use the second tube when it arrives guess it will depend how the pkg. looks. Update: I did receive a new order. While it us not sealed either I wish the manufacturer would address this issue. the pkg was in better shape and tube looked better. This product is good. I got a prescription for a cream from my Dr. which was expensive and did not help the itching. The first day this helped with the unbearable itching.
