I've had these up since spring, 2021. Put one up high for me, one down low for kids. The kids knocked theirs down right away. Mine stayed up until very recently, so 2.5 years. Can't remember how it got knocked down, but I think there was some force involved. (Came here to look for instructions on reinstalling.). I have to admit I was a skeptic but I have had this on the shower wall for over two weeks and loving it. I have so far, not had any issues. So much better than the ones that hang over the shower head or event the tension bar ones. I'm a fan!! Update: just want to share that even after two years these have proven to be an amazing purchase. So much so that I bought another set. One of the best Amazon purchases yet. I have these in our master shower, which is tiled. Our kids often shower in there and so toys have taken over— now I stick the toys in these shelves and they can dry out between uses! They were easy to hang and have stayed up successfully, I was just careful not to suction over the grout lines. Read more
I purchased this in May 2020, and two out of two worked all good for 2 years. However, 1 of them is long gone. No matter how tight I turn the knob, one side simply doesn't stick and falls, and when that happens, the other side is so strong that it holds the rest of the weight alone. I am not sure how to rate this product. I think the mechanism inside the knob is what fails. Read more
Good size. Followed instructions, made sure the flat tile was clean and dry. Put on the suction cups where I wanted presses and bled for a about 30 seconds. Placed the suction cover, then aligned the tray and screwed In the tray snug and not over tight. Waited a couple of hours and tightened if the screw was loose. Has been 2 weeks and holding all my shampoo bottles without a problem. Read more
The sections hold better than I expected. I bought two sets of these. It's a great way to easily add shelving space. I have them installed in the tiled shower and on the bathroom mirror, so I can clear off some counter space. Installation was super easy. Read more
The mounting system works as advertised and is both strong and seemed reliable. However, there is a serious design flaw relying on tension to keep the basket mounted horizontally. No matter how tight I tightened the screw mounts, the basket would fall. And this was when it's empty, absolutely no additional weight inside. Had to return to Amazon because it functionally, did not work. Read more
