The media could not be loaded. I just got this desk and put it together. It took a little bit to put together but the instructions were easy to follow. I needed somewhere to leave my laptops set up but that I could move around my house with my “mobile” office. This is beautifully made and does the job great. It’s sturdy enough to lean on and currently holds my laptop and second screen. Thinking about adding my printer to it but it’s wireless so I may just leave it where it’s at. This is definitely going to get used. It comes with wheels or casters if you don’t want it to move. The material appears to be scratch resistant and is easy to wipe off and clean. I am extremely happy with this desk AND the customer service. When the desk arrived, there unfortunately were no instructions. I contacted customer service who was extremely helpful and said that they would email me the instructions. the instructions arrived via email about 45 minutes later, however in the meantime I just put it together without any instructions. It was THAT EASY. It's pretty self explanatory & and the screws won't fit in the wrong holes. At any rate, after assembling, the customer service representative texted me back asking if I had received the instructions and I said yes, thank you I did. And then about a week later I also received a follow up emailing asking if I had been able to assemble the desk. Wow! Amazing customer service. In the meantime I've been loving the desk. It is easy to preset 3 different height settings, or to manually adjust the height. I don't notice much of a wobble if any and it supports my two very heavy large monitors (one is a computer/monitor combo). I purchased the two-toned black and brown, because at the time it was the cheapest of all the colors, but I've really grown to love the color combo. Why did I buy this brand? Because my son bought the same desk (only the 55" one) a couple of years ago and he has been extremely happy with his. 1st off the instructions were so nice in a small book style even had colored pictures! Sad, but I was truly impressed with that! Maybe because I had to return a desk the day before with horrible instructions and missing all the screws! This is very nice solid desk worth the money! Read more

Desk is great - customer service is even better. I ordered 3 desks as I was re-doing my office area. One arrived with damage in the top. After notifying the company they sent a replacement top right out. A delay through USPS resulted in an offer for a free desk pad. The desktop arrived the next day. Can't ask for more than that. I have been using this desk for about two months now. It's a good, basic desk. It was a bit hard to assemble because initially, I couldn't figure out which way the motor goes. I'd also recommend help of another person because it's a bit heavier to lift and turn around on your own. Read more
