This thing does not navigate well AT ALL. We don’t have much furniture in the house…a dinning table, some chairs, a sofa, and this thing was constantly getting trapped between things or against a wall. It’s programmed to pivot about 45 degrees every time it bumps into something. If it finds its way into somewhere where there is an object in front and another to the side, it’s keep bumping into the and swap back and forth for all eternity and never find its way out. I never had this work more than 10 minutes before I had to go rescue the dumb thing. It defeats the entire point of having a robot vac. The suction is also horrible. It doesn’t pick up small debris, pet hair, or dust well. The floor is still very much dirty after this thing does its rounds. We have simple wood flooring, nothing bizarre with a lot of surface bumps that would make it difficult to vacuum. Read more
