I bought the 2 times a day organizer and it is the greats organizer I have ever had. So far this is a 5 star for me. I previously used a 7 day case, then I bought a second weekly case which became tiring to refill weekly. This one is much better. I can fill once for the month and it is so nice just to pull out the days case, sit it on the counter or desk and not forget my meds. The individual pill cases are sturdy as long as the closing top never breaks - time will tell on that. The pill cases are large enough where I put 11 pills in one side and still room for more. The largest pill is a fish oil supplement which the case accommodates comfortably. The rest is 5 large pills and then smaller pills - all fit with no problem. The main case is solid, sturdy and with a handle that you can just pick up and carry for long trips. It also comes with a smaller soft case for shorter trips that you can just throw in whatever day cases you need. To top it off, you get 2 sets of stickers for days 1-32 to mark the pill cases. The cost is not bad for 30 day organizer considering weekly cases are over $8-10 Some reviews stated they would like the main case to break down into 7-day rows, but that does not matter to me because the pill case is marked by days 1-32 If you are looking for a main case for 2 times a day - this is the case for you. This is perfect! Literally was able to organize all the pills for the month. This is as a game changer as it helps keep my elderly grandpa on track with his pills. This has been perfect for my mom who has dementia and has trouble remembering to take her pills. She can now easily take the day out and take her daytime and nighttime. It's made her life (and mine) a lot easier. The colors of the pill cases are pretty and it's nice that there is a travel case. It fits quite a few pills both larger and smaller and the individual cases are sturdy. The larger case is harder cover which is nice and makes it sturdy to be able to stack nicely in the cabinet.
