I’ve been using this case for just under a full month now and it has worked amazing. I love not having to fill my pill container every week. It does take a decent amount of time to fill for the whole month, probably a good 30+ min sitting but still worth it! Plus great for a quick on the go grab. I originally purchased the 3 a day containers, though I only take meds/supplements mainly twice a day. I have a couple I’ll take in the middle of the day but from their containers. All my supplements didn’t fit in that container I had to use the mid day section due to my 3 very large Omega pills. So I gave that one to my mother and I order the 2x a day option as shown in my pictures and it works perfect! My few prescriptions and handful of supplements all fit in there great, even my 3 giant Omega pills. I have no difficulty opening the container but I can see how some people might, like my elderly mother. In cases like this, the kit does come with a little pick (looks like a guitar pick) to aid in getting the lid open. Very helpful and thoughtful of the manufacturer. It comes with a pill cutter which I really appreciate, and the fact it has its own molded location for it in the case is perfect. And a small carrying case for maybe just a weekend or weeks worth of pills for a trip so you can leave the larger case at home. Labels for the top, either numbers or days of the week for preference. I really wanted this to be convenient. The idea of organizing my pills once a month instead of weekly sounded great since I feel like I’m constantly refilling pill organizers. ... What I didn’t consider is that different prescriptions and supplements often refill on different days. For example, Prescription A might run out on the 8th, Prescription B on the 17th, and Prescription C on the 29th. This means I end up refilling sections of the case multiple times throughout the month, which defeats the purpose of the “fill it once a month” system I hoped for. There may be a workaround I haven’t figured out yet, but for now it’s much less convenient than expected. As for the organizer itself, it’s well made. Each compartment holds a good number of pills, but the individual cases can be a bit difficult to unsnap. I’m also unsure how well the compartment lids will hold up over time. The AM/PM labeling can be hard to read at times and I think more contrast would be helpful. The included carrying case is nice for travel but awkward to store when you don't need it. It doesn’t fit neatly inside the main case, and the small pouch in the lid isn’t very secure -- it tends to peel off and makes zipping difficult. Overall, this is a well constructed, high capacity organizer. I’d recommend it for people who want a sturdy case and don’t mind occasional refills, but if you’re hoping for a true once-a-month solution, it may not work unless all of your medications somehow refill on the same day.
