When I originally ordered this product, it was listed as "with 1 ottoman" in addition to being a chaise sectional. Needless to say, it did not come with an ottoman. I messaged the seller and I was told that my definition and their definition of an ottoman were different. I politely explained what the definition of an ottoman was. The seller would not budge. I then told the seller that I would be contacting Amazon for false advertising. The seller immediately started on fixing my issue. The seller and I worked out a plan that refunded part of the selling price so I could purchase a matching ottoman. The seller was gracious throughout the process. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the seller and the quality of both the couch and the ottoman. Bottom line - A very comfortable and sturdy couch. The seller worked with me to fix my issue. It’s huge! Also right hand/ left hand chaise placement is determined by facing vs. sitting on the couch. It is much firmer than we feared (a good thing given the lack of skeleton). The upholstery is very soft and this thing looks great! The two boxes arrived a day apart so there was some mild concern as FedEx tracking said we were all set at one, but both arrived ahead of the delivery date provided. We’re very pleased so far. Phenomenal pricing. I’d post the video of this thing expanding when unboxed, but wouldn’t want to taint the experience. Believe me, you’ll scratch your head when you see the size of the two boxes. Incredible! I bought this as a gift for my daughter, and she and her roommate absolutely love it! It quickly expanded to full size and shape and they said it is extremely comfortable to sit and sleep on! this thing is awesome, super cheap for what you’re actually getting. It takes more of a beating and time when you unpack it but it fills out well, be careful getting the black one. You can literally see every little thing possible in the cracks and crevices(even lint) it’s easy to clean with a little $20 handheld vacuum. it looks great and feels even better, Highly Recommend!
