I have used this product many, many times. It has been excellent at taking care of my razor bumps--I swear by it. But this order that I got was not a cream, it was more liquid-like. And the color was off from the regular formulation. I have no idea if it was because it was on a truck to long in the heat, or cold, or whatever, but something was off. Hence the 3 stars. I don't want to ding the seller or the manufacturer, I'm just chocking it up to a "bad batch" for whatever reason. Unfortunately, I will not order it through Amazon again. I'll just get it directly from the company that makes it. Read more
