We liked it so far. For the looks 5 stars as it is very aestheticly pleasing. We bought as a xmas gift for my 10yo kid, as he wanted it. He loves it. The chair has massage! I didn't knew this until it came. And is also reclinable with leg support that you can pull in or out. In performance I will keep this updated if there is something wrong too soon in use. We just built it last night. The kid sat right away and seemed pleased. I am hoping is good on his back once he starts middle school next year and has more homework. shipping was on time, the box was kind of heavy, well packed. it took me about an hour to un-wrap and assemble. No tools needed and all the parts all well marked, the booklet is ok as a reference. The stitching and leather all look good and well made. The metal parts also seem of good quality. Pretty easy to put together. I had to mess with the pillow to figure out the proper way to position it (I don’t read directions apparently). But this is the most comfortable chair I’ve ever had. I work remotely and sit at my desk all day. This chair enables you to adjust positions throughout the day, keeps your seat cool, and reclines so when you’re stressed out, at least you’re comfortable! As it is I love my desk setup, but this is the icing on the cake. My body even feels better after swapping it out from my executive chair I had prior. Read more

DO NOT BUY I got it and it came with the wrong instructions, wrong assembly materials, missing screw-holes so I am unable to put together. Do not buy if you want a chair you can actually sit in. Read more
