They're perfect!

I was initially hesitant to spend this kind of money on motorized blinds, but I'm glad we did and purchased a few for our Florida patio area, as it was much cheaper than hiring a third-party company for sale and installation. The customer service representative was helpful in answering all our questions and provided guidance on the best setup. They also requested the warehouse to expedite our order at no additional cost. The packaging of the items was perfect with no damage; the interior contents were well-labeled and neatly packaged. The quality of the shades was exactly as we ordered in terms of color, width, and length. The installation of the brackets (three per shade) was probably the most challenging part, as I had to get my drill and step ladder and drill two holes per bracket. Once the brackets were in place, I was able to carry the shades up and snap them into position. I opted for the Alexa-enabled hub and was able to set automatic schedules to open and close the shades, which makes a huge difference in blocking out the sun in the evening and does help keep area in house cooler. I also chose to add solar panels, which I have yet to install, but the shades have been operating daily for the past three months without any issues on an initial battery charge. The fabric we selected allows some airflow and visibility while providing the privacy and shade we were looking for when enjoying our patio area. I highly recommend giving them a chance, as they have earned my business, and I plan to order a few more to complete my other large glass sliding doors and interior parts of home as well. Read more
