It charges my phone much faster than a standard 5 watt adaptor plug. My only gripe is it only has a C port output instead of the usual I port. I had to buy a double ended C port cord before I could charge my MOTO phone. The 60 watt charger would have been my choice and is what was recommended,but was out of my price range.
