Mountain Peak Nutritionals, a small business run out of Portland-Vancouver area, has made another great blend. I have been taking this with meals for several days and have already felt the reduction in hunger and cravings. Several of the ingredients are well known and researched for their efficacy supporting metabolism and blood sugar levels and I am excited to have blood work done to see if this is having a positive impact. I recommend giving it a try if this is a health issue you want to work on. Read more

Lately I have been taking multivitamin supplements in different forms - sometimes a dedicated, traditional multivitamin, sometimes a whole-food version in one form or another, and sometimes piecing together a multivitamin from a few different sources. This is a very interesting formula in that you get significant, but not overly high, amounts of what I consider five key ingredients: vitamin B6, magnesium, zinc, copper, and chromium, plus their Glycemic Proprietary Blend. I don't really have a specific need for a glycemic blend, but I like the possibilities in taking it. So far, I haven't experienced any noticeable effects, good or bad, from taking these. I do think it's a bit pricey for a one-month supply (at three capsules per serving), but if it fits your specific purpose, it might be worth looking into. Read more

I know what is important to me these days.. I want four things in a supplement: 1. Easy to swallow capsules that actually work! 2. An easy to read label so I follow the instructions correctly. 3. High quality ingredients and... 4. No unintended consequences or upset tummy. I'm really pleased with this so far. Truly unique formula Read more

Here's what I don't get — why go to the trouble of getting it third-party tested without providing proof of this? I greatly value when the nutritional supplement brand has gone to the trouble/expense of getting it tested for safety and accuracy of the ingredients, as specified on the bottle, so I can know that what I'm getting is what they say I am getting. But most sellers who go to this effort also include in their product images that actual third-party compliance result. So I'm still not sure, other than trusting the word about brand I've never heard of, that it includes what it says it includes. I mostly got this for two of the particular ingredients — the bitter melon and the ALA. All the rest is just bonus. Although I strongly recommend one only take what it says on the bottle – up to three times a day. Some of the ingredients, such as copper, can actually be harmful in too high an amount. Read more

I am pretty picky when it comes to my supplements, and I look for companies that are transparent, third-party tested, and have simple organic ingredients. This one fits that bill. The pills themselves are small and easy to swallow, and I've had no negative reactions taking them. So far, I do like the way these make me feel. I've been having less cravings lately, and I feel good taking them. I'm glad I picked these up. Read more

Seems okay. I like the ingredients, and the pills are standard size and have no taste, so they are easy to take. I have nothing to say about the efficacy, though, and I haven't had any bad reactions. Read more

I haven’t been taking these long enough to realize the full benefits of them, but so far, so good. I’ve had no ill effects from taking three a day, as recommended. The bottle arrived properly sealed & has a clear lot number & mfd date of 05/2024 stamped on the bottom of the bottle. No expiration date or shelf life noted anywhere on bottle. So far, all of the capsules have been full & aren’t too terribly big. I appreciate that these are tested & made in the USA by a solid & established company. They seem to be of good quality. Read more
