The one thing I don't use however is the laptop mount as I found it got in the way a bit. The mount is sturdy and clamps on great because the screw mount design. I used to have a different one that was all metal and probably weighed 30lbs. This one holds up my laptop, has great range of motion in all directions, and meets my needs. The structure is a bit flimsy and the lamp tilts to one side a bit when turned from straight. I’ve tried to tighten up the hardware and/or give it a bit of a bend to fight that, but I’ve learned to deal with it as it’s just a bit off level.
