These mouse feet were exact replacements for the original pads. The packaging doesn't tell you that there is a protective piece of plastic on each pad and it's hard to notice. I was almost going to take a star off because the mouse didn't seem to slide as well as the original feet would allow. But then I saw what looked like a piece of frayed material around the edge. Further inspection revealed the plastic. Once I peeled the plastic off, the mouse worked as well as before. Read more

My mouse now glides better than it has for a long time! Very smooth. The pieces fit just fine and the thickness is good too. I did not have to stack both sets on top of each other and did not reuse the original double sided tape. They are just barely thick enough to extend out far enough to not snag or catch on my desk pad. Read more

These pads installed fine, good thickness, but within 2 minutes of use, already starting to wear holes like the originals I replaced that were 4 years old. Damage shown on pads is from using on a new piece of paper with a grid printed on it. EDIT - There is a protective film on the pads that needs to be removed, Doh! that is what wore out so easily, removed them and WOW! glides so smooth again, just like new. -1 star for no instructions and you can not tell the extra film is on there until it starts to wear away Read more

I read previous reviews about not removing the both layers of the original pads on my Performance MX mouse. Too late for me, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that these were thicker than the outer layer of the original ones. They work perfectly even though I removed every bit of the original pads. One very minor problem, one of the alcohol pad was bone dry when I opened the pouch. Read more

The only complaint is that there were no instructions. I had read a lot of reviews about how to replace the feet, e.g., leave the original adhesive pad on the mouse and just remove the upper layer. I opted instead to remove everything in the foot well, clean the plastic with alcohol, and replace the pad. My concern was that the mouse would ride too high affecting the tracking if everything were not removed from the foot wells. I'm not saying the other ways of applying the feet are wrong, but the way I did it works beautifully. Well worth the money and the little effort. Read more

I have two desk-side workstations plus a laptop, all using Logitech Performance MX mice. Obviously these are now elderly mice and the skates on the oldest two have been pretty messed up for years. I stumbled into this product last night and based on the reviews, over-night availability, and modest cost for two sets of skates, I jumped on it. They arrived this morning, were applied to my oldest two mice, and they are skating like youngsters now :) Very happy - I really love my MXs as I have XL hands and have never found a better mouse for me. These new skates will keep them working for years! Cheers! [edit December 18, 2021] I have a few Performance MX mice and have been rehabbing them with new switches, springs, etc. Need some new feet to finish them up, went ahead and submitted a new order here - in spite of the wrong image in this ad! I'm seeing screen protectors now? WTH? ;) Read more

Definitely met my expectations for mouse skates. Came in a two pack and I was expecting to use the second set at a later time but the description fails to state that both sets must be used if the mounting tape on the original skates came off when removing them. Not a big problem for me but knocked off a star because of it. Perhaps including precut mounting tape with the skates? When the mounting tape comes off, one set of skates by themselves do not raise the mouse up off the lip of the area where the skates are affixed. Read more
