Anatomically inaccurate

JenLDecember 5, 2014

They just aren't shaped right. My teeth are in more of a horseshoe shape, these fan out at the back. So no matter how well you can mold the inside, the outside is a harder tray that cannot be manipulated. It just pops off, it won't stay on. Maybe if I cut off the ends... Read more

Fantastic for the price

AudriaMarch 4, 2014

I was put off by the reviews but I ordered anyway and concluded these were great for the price! I dipped it in boiling water for a few seconds, placed it in my mouth and sucked out all the air. I found it had a better, tighter fit when I did NOT push my tongue against the back of my teeth while sucking out the air. It took a couple times of dipping and sucking to get the perfect fit, but the pieces now "fit" perfectly to my teeth and won't fall out when I'm talking. They also required a bit of trimming to fit towards the back but they work great! Read more

trays

John T. KesilJanuary 27, 2014

good if you do it right. thin and will make a good mold. if it is in boiling water too long of course it melts, it is only plastic. one came out good the other in too long the side melted garbage. it was not a perfect match so i lined them with tin foil, closes the gap so closer without sucking, ok mold but must be done right. careful the foil make sure no sharp edges can cut your gums. Save your money!

Stephanie OdleMarch 2, 2014

I realize that these are very inexpensive, but save your money! They do not mold well even after following everything I could find as far as instructions on YouTube. They do not come with instructions of their own! Walmart actually has a product (Equate brand) where the tray has bleach infused in it and the trays mold beautifully to the teeth. My advice...spend a little extra and get a better product. These ended up in the trash! Read more

50% perfect.

JaewhaaatJanuary 18, 2014

I received 2 trays. One of them came out perfect, as good as anything the dentist would give you. It was smooth and clear and formed a perfect fit. The other one became rough and course when it hit the water and didn't mold well and the surface was gritty like sandpaper and opaque. It was like they were made out of two different materials. I sanded it down a little bit to get rid of the outside rough surface as much as possible. I'll probably have to get more. Read more

did not like the product

Juhyun LeeFebruary 24, 2014

I watched few youtube videos that gives tutorial for using a mouth trays, i tried several times but it was hard to mold to my teeth and didn't like the quality. I finally end up going to the dentist and make 'invisalign' to use with my teeth whitening gel.:-( Read more

mouth trays defective

S. ThompsonNovember 8, 2012

The trays arrived in a timely manner. After heating them and making a mold the texture became very rough and grainy. I cannot stand to have them in my mouth at all. The smooth plastic is gone and is now very roughy and scratchy. Would not buy these again. Read more

Mouth trays work great

AbeAugust 2, 2013

After reading the negative reviews I was a little concerned about what I purchased. However I did do some research and watched a few you-tube videos of how to make a tray. Did what I learned and the work great. The trick is make sure you bring the water to a boiling point, let the water sit for 1 1/2 minutes before inserting the tray. Do yourself a favor and go to you tube, search "tray construction" what the video by Joel Terry Alford. Read more
