I have been using this product for about 2 months now and I have noticed a difference, my teeth feel less sensitive. After medications, Ehlers Danlos, and osteoporosis have left my teeth in not so great shape recently, I have noticed a remineralizing of a few of my teeth that had started to get holes in them, which makes me very happy. You should definitely give this toothpaste a try. Leaves my mouth feeling clean and fresh, no grit feeling. Nice and minty tasting. They also have a coconut pulling oil which pairs nicely with this toothpaste, I swish with the oil for 2mins, then brush my teeth. Also the trick with the toothpaste is to not wash your mouth out after you brush, just spit really good. Hope this helps :) Read more

I've always tried to brush regularly and take good care of my teeth - but at age 79 - they were still getting weak and old - and my dentist had told me at my last visit about 6 months ago - that one of these days my 4 front teeth were just going to fall out - Now they were 'white' - and looked good - but because of a so called inherited gum issue - my teeth have always been called 'weak' - SO not wanting to put a lot of money in my big mouth at this age - I have been worried sick about my 4 front teeth :-) As a holistic health and wellness researcher and writer for the last 48 years - I took his warning seriously and started researching ways to save my old grandma teeth and recently found a report on NANO-HYDROXYAPATITE and its ability to strengthen and even restore teeth and it was said that it is even well known for restoring cavities - So I jumped right in to doing extensive research on Nano-Hydroxyapatite - - and I was sold - The research told me that it's not in many tooth pastes - but is safe and effective - and the few that have it in them - only have 2% and to be effective - you need a tooth paste with 10% nano-hydroxyapatite - - and it said they were few and far between - so I researched to find 'which' toothpastes have 10% nano - and this one was at the top of the short list - it was very inexpensive - so I just ordered it right then - I started it the day it arrived - and I was amazed within 4-5 days - I could really tell it was doing something amazing to my teeth - something that we're told by our dentists - can't be done - unless we want to spend extreme mega bucks at their offices - - but in just those few short days - my teeth were already much whiter and they were pretty white to start with - and I could feel my teeth getting stronger - and I can't even explain that - but I could just tell they were - I brushed 2-3 times a day and instead of a quick brush and rinse - I'd brush for 2-3 minutes - and a miracle happened within 4-5 days - - I wish I could give this toothpaste 10 stars. I bought this here on amazon on November 6th and my 2 lower front teeth were getting tiny grainy chips - daily and I was almost panicked - - they were very super small chips- but a grain of salt - which is about the size these chips were - felt like a rock in my mouth and it would give me cold chills that my teeth were deteriorating and I didn't want to spend money on them at my age - - and here I am to November 19th and I am deleriously happy with the change in my teeth - especially the chipping away - which has totally stopped - I was telling my sister about it who also has this inherited gum/teeth issue - and she had an appointment coming up in a day or two and asked her dentist about this tooth paste and her dentist told her this is amazing tooth paste and the very one she uses - - - You just can't go wrong with this tooth paste - - and the price is super reasonable - - the taste is just like any other - - minty - If you have tooth issues - even cavities - - give this a try - you will be pleasantly surprised as I was - Read more

I’ve only been using Mouthology for three days, and the difference is incredible. For years, biting into something cold—like an apple straight from the fridge—made me wince in pain. Now, I can enjoy it without hesitation. This is a game changer for me. This toothpaste feels gentle yet effective. The 10% nano-hydroxyapatite really does what it promises: it supports enamel repair and seals sensitivity. I love that it’s fluoride-free, SLS-free, and safe to swallow, which gives me peace of mind. The mint flavor is refreshing but not overpowering, and the texture is smooth. I'll have to follow up as far as tooth whitening. I’ve tried other “sensitive” toothpastes before, but none worked this quickly or this well. Mouthology has earned a permanent spot in my routine. If you struggle with sensitivity and want a safe, USA-made option, I highly recommend giving this a try. This is a game changer for me. Words can not describe how pleased I am with this product. Absolute game changer. Read more

I bought this after using different nano-hydroxyapatite toothpastes to compare them to one another. I read all of the Amazon reviews and saw so many good reviews so I knew I had to try it for myself. I was intrigued by it especially after seeing the price. Out of the 3 I currently own (I’m wanting to try Ollie nHA toothpaste which is 17 bucks), Mouthology ends up being in the middle for price. I paid 9.99 for Nudge and 14.99 for Elims so 12.99 for Mouthology puts this toothpaste at middle range for price point. I really do like it because it leaves my mouth feeling extremely clean however it does tend to burn a bit when using it. It’s definitely something I can handle and will maybe just have to get used to because I’m used to subtle minty flavors with Elims Lavender Vanilla Mint and Nudge Natural Mint flavors but it does definitely work. I have included photos of before and after of my teeth along with a photo of the tube comparisons side by side next to the toothpastes I currently own. If I had to rate them, I would say Elims comes in first, Mouthology comes in 2nd and Nudge comes in 3rd (only because Nudge is a gel toothpaste and I like a paste). All of them contain 4oz in each tube so they are of equal amount. Each contains 10% nHA in their toothpastes as well. Overall, I think I would use Elims first (which if you didn’t know, Elims backwards spells Smile; I thought that was cute). But if I ran out of Elims, I would definitely reach for Mouthology before I would Nudge (I’m autistic and adhd so the gel toothpaste is just a sensory issue for me but the flavor is great and it’s nice and foamy like fluoride toothpaste). I definitely felt like it catered to the sensitivity of my teeth by not irritating them or my gums. Since using nHA toothpaste, I have seen a big difference in my teeth. They feel stronger and they are smoother. I also have restored a lot of my tooth enamel to where the small cavities I had in my back teeth and one of my side teeth and now those cavities are nearly gone! You don’t get that with fluoride toothpaste, that’s for sure. The thickness of my teeth has even changed in a few short weeks to where it was see-through on my front teeth and now, it’s less see-through! Nano-hydroxyapatite is a game changer and really does change your life. I wish I’d heard of it sooner! It’s kid friendly as well with nHA being safe to swallow. Definitely would recommend this if you want a strong mint flavor. If you want subtle, try Elims. If you want gentle mint flavor and gel toothpaste, try Nudge. So many great options out there so everyone can have a good affordable nHA toothpaste and restore their smile! Also, if you don’t have an electric toothbrush already, definitely get one! I know most are expensive but let me turn you onto a good and affordable toothbrush. I bought two oscillating toothbrushes (we got baby pink and pastel yellow) from the brand Teetheory (here on Amazon) for 18 bucks each and we LOVE ours! I had receding gums/small black triangles in my gum-line from brushing too hard so a dentist recommended getting an oscillating toothbrush and I’m so glad I did! Now, I feel like I just came from a cleaning at the dentist (minus all the pain) when I use my electric toothbrush with my nHA toothpaste. Definitely check this brand out and if you’re looking to change it up and not use the same toothpaste like me every day/night, maybe try buying one of each toothpaste. I have the Elims Pineapple Orange Mint flavor along with their Lavender Vanilla Mint but I also have the Nudge Watermelon flavor along with their Natural Mint flavor and now I have the Mouthology Mint toothpaste. So minus one star for it being a little too strong on the mint profile & the burning effect but still… definitely all worth a try! Hope this helps :) Read more
