These juicy and delicious fillets have a great flavor. They’re not too under-seasoned, but I did add a tiny dash of Cajun seasoning before baking. It took 25 minutes to cook, and I removed it at an internal temperature of 125 degrees Fahrenheit. They’re incredibly easy to cook; just run a knife under the skin, and it comes off in one whole fillet. Read more
