Upgrading from a “cheap” overpriced thrustmaster bungee cord powered slack lose wheel and pedals set to this R3, is such a vast improvement that I don’t have the words to express my joy that this has given me! I absolutely love NASCAR and love iRacing but was always frustrated trying to play with the crap wheel, this R3 makes me feel like a kid again and my kids love it too! It’s just the right amount of force to be fun for all ages! & it’s excellent quality too! The only double edged sword that I could see with this being an issue is that if you aren’t very technologically inclined then the moza racing app/software to set up the wheel and adjust the settings can be a little bit complicated to figure out but at the same time, if you’re good with it then it’s a huge benefit and advantage! Moza could make it more user friendly and fix the bugs in the software:/app and that would help alot but as far as the physical wheel base, wheel, and pedals they are exceptional! 10/10! Read more
Excellent entry level setup. Been using it every day since delivery. FFB is good for now on a stand. Will definitely upgrade to v12 once I get a better rig setup. Nice thing is all wheel bases will work on Xbox if you use the Xbox wheel. Pedals are decent too. I’m planning on getting the brake mod and the alien mods load cell mod. Or just get the SRP pedals for about the same price. Again will upgrade to crp2 pedals with better rig. Right now I’ve only used it with ACC. Obviously so much better game experience than controller use. Plan on trying F1 once I grab the formula wheel mod. I recommend downloading the app to dial in the setup. Amazing kit for the price. The Xbox compatibility is a wonderful addition. Whether you buy the Xbox version or the PC only version you will be thrilled. Software is easy to use and easy to modify, force feedback and detailed vibrations are excellent. For a lower power wheelbase I was extremely impressed. Got this for my 6yr old Son, and I find myself playing with it more! There is plenty of feedback to really get into any game! The application that you can download on your phone is top-notch for fine adjustments, dail it down for him and up for me, but it is a bit clunky to use. Beyond that, I was SO HAPPY I returned the Logitech Wheel I bought, after reading and seeing so many other reviews of this Moza model. WORTH every penny! You won't regret your money spent here! This is a great racing wheel for an introduction to SIM racing, three Newton meters is great if you’re trying to get into racing games like Formula One or Forza, the Bluetooth app works great, the force feedback is insane! Instruction manual could be a little better but other than that there are so many videos on YouTube that explain how to put it together and install it. Read more
