I'm going to give this five stars because the product itself seemed fine. I have to work in a secure area for hours at a time every few weeks, and I've been looking for an MP3 player that meets the requirements - no removable media, no camera, no wireless or Bluetooth, and no recording ability. Unfortunately for me, this turned out to have a microphone, so I can't use it. It's amazingly hard to find an MP3 player that doesn't have one of the things on the no-no list, but I'll have to keep trying. It's a nice inexpensive player for the normal user, though. Read more
Honestly, I'd return this if it wasn't such a cheap purchase. It's not worth it to me to send it back. Here's my problem: I needed this as a replacement for a simple MP3 player to use at my job. I work for a government contract and we have very strict rules as to what can be brought into the work environment. I cannot have an MP3 player with Bluetooth, a camera, video or audio recording, anything that has to be plugged in to either a USB port or an electrical outlet to operate. As a result, it can be INCREDIBLY hard to find something that is allowed at my job. I have 2 SanDisk Clip Jam MP3 players currently, but I wanted to have something as backup in case I lose either or both of those, or either or both is broken. The selling price of that particular model has gone up over time, and it's no longer feasible for me to purchase more of those. This, as cheap as it is, seemed like a good option. NOTHING is mentioned in the product description that the device has Bluetooth capability or that there's an audio recorder. But it has both. I just spent $10 on something that is literally of no use to me. If I want to listen to stuff at home, I use my phone or laptop or tablet. In the car, I connect my phone to my car. If I'm working out, I use my phone. I only needed this FOR MY JOB, and I tried my best to find something that would work. This doesn't. I'm incredibly annoyed that a couple of the product features (one of which would probably be considered a perk for most buyers) aren't mentioned AT ALL in the product specifications. Thanks for nothing. Read more

I do like the size, similar to other players in my collection. Works nicely much of the time, but has moments where it just stops functioning. Sometimes battery charge related, but not always. And it doesn't connect to all of my bluetooth speakers, mush be a different version or something, that it only pairs with some. I think that there are better more reliable players out there, I am disappointed in this particular one. Will keep using it as long as I can but not one of my favorites due to erratic performance. I use this in my 2007 GMC to play music I own and it works great. The sound and shuffle play is just what I wanted. This car does not have blutooth. I keep the mp3 player plugged into the car so battery life is not an issue. Perfect for what I wanted at a great price. Read more
It's an OK item I think. It didn't come with any instructions for me personally, but very easy to understand. You'll have to add a Music Folder to the SD Card you insert into it because it doesn't come with one already equipped, and the headphones are very cheaply made, but if you use a different set it sounds great. I would give it an overall rating of 8 out of 10 only because of not coming with any instructions, having to add the Music Folder to the SD Card, and the very cheaply made headphones that come with it. Besides that it works great. Read more
I got this to listen to my music without my phone, and whenever I play a song from the SD Card on my large radio, it sounds fine. The MP3 player does not play songs with enough quality to enjoy the music, and I noticed that there is feedback or echo. I'm unsure what the problem is, but I will return it. The packaging was very cheap and lacked effort. I could have gone to a dollar store and possibly found this quality there. Not worth the 17$ I paid... Read more
