Great little mp3 player. The click wheel sound is nice and nostalgic Read more
Overall, this player is decent for listening on wired headphones or earbuds but not amazing for the built in speaker. The sound quality with headphones is surprisingly good, but if you use the built in speaker its really nothing special. The menus feel clunky to navigate, and the build quality of the design comes across as lightweight and plasticky. Bluetooth connectivity is ok a little patchy and drains the battery more than using wired connection. On the upside, the battery life is pretty solid, and it supports expandable storage via micro sd card which really helps make up for some of the drawbacks overall. Personally I think its a good value for a "dumb" music player especially if you need a low risk option for a long term or risky trip. It really helps save battery life on your smart phone while still having an option to listen to music. Read more
This is a very lightweight and compact player, with a color screen and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Features include: MicroSD card expandability (32GB card included), enhanced audio format support (MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA, FLAC, APE), FM Radio, voice recording, built-in microphone & speaker, Bluetooth connectivity, picture/video gallery, E-Book reader, adjustable brightness, and audio equalizer. Durability is questionable: The entire device is plastic and gently pressing on the screen will cause it to bend easily. Despite its small size, it feels disturbingly lightweight. In fact, the spare change in your pocket likely weighs more than this device. The microSD card protrudes slightly from the right edge of the device, even when the card is fully pushed in. The device feels like it is held together with a bit of glue and wishful thinking. I cringed when plugging in headphones, because so much force was required that I was afraid I would break the player. Thankfully, this did not happen, and everything seems to work. The main drawback to this device is its difficult to use control pad. While it appears to be directional, it does not operate that way. You’ll need to get used to pressing RWD (left) and FF (right) to go up and down in menus or lists of files. Want to change the volume? Well, you’ll need to long-press the VOL (down) in order to get access to the volume control since there are NO physical volume buttons on this device. Bottom line, you can expect to spend a significant amount of time figuring out just how to get this player to do what you want. Bluetooth allows you to connect to larger speakers and is a very nice feature for a player at this low price point. The small and slim size of this player is ideal for active outdoor use in cases where you don’t want to bring a large smartphone. However, I would caution against exposed or prolonged outdoor use, as this player lacks any kind of moisture or water resistance. With these limitations, I have trouble recommending it for anything other than limited casual use at home. Read more

I ordered this MP3 player to replace an old ipod I had. I followed the instructions on how to load music files onto the micro SD card. They loaded but added numbers inn front of the titles. which made them hard to read. The artists never appeared on the display, so I couldn't select songs by a specific band. Same problem with album listings. Didn't try any of the other functions. This is a useless product. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. Read more

I thought about buying an old phone to toss in my pocket for when I'm outside working in the yard because I don't want to drop and smash my personal cell. I saw this little guy and thought oof! Let's give it a shot! Man, for the money, the features this thing packs into it is amazing! A color screen. The ability to utilize Playlists. A built in Graphic EQ (presets only, no custom). A photo viewer. A built in speaker if you need to listen to an audiobook without headphones. This thing even shows you lyrics of songs if the song is encoded with them! They even threw in a 32GB microSD card as well! The only catch... the menu system! You need to rewire your thinking of how an up/down/left/right menu system works with the navigational D pad. Up is left, down is right. I don't know if I'll ever get used to that. I don't have a pair of Bluetooth headphones laying around where I can try BT, but I'm confident it would work. If I had any complaint, it would be that this still uses a microUSB connection, not Type-C.. but for this price, I can't complain. I found the Rock EQ setting to be the most pleasant. For this price, I can't complain at all. I'm really happy with what this provides at this price point. When you stop and think how much an iPod nano was back in the day and this is just as capable plus the fact it has a speaker built in and upgradeable storage, this is a complete win in my book!
