Each year we select a different theme for Halloween for our outdoor decorations. This year is Pirates. We have several skeletons and this is one of the several costumes we purchased. It fits well and is good quality that will last more than one year. The only issue, if at all, is the color. It is not a true red more a bronzy/rust color, but still very nice. I feel like the costume should include the vest and belt to make the pirate costume complete. It just feels like something is missing and I have to go dig out a vest from the closet. Size wise, stick to your regular adult size. All ready for pirate night on our Disney cruise. Read more

My 10 year old is between kids and adult sizes so Halloween costumes that already run small are hard to find. This year he wanted to be a pirate, so we mixed and matched to make a costume. He is about 5 ft tall and 135lbs and was able to fit well into size small. The pants and head wrap are well made and held up for him to wear for a full day of school, afterschool, and trick or treating. The eye patch was a little too big for his head, but would be fine for a normal adult. The hat looks good initially but be aware the fine metal giving it the shape, comes apart inside the fabric. It did this and then ripped the lining. I was able to fix the metal for trick or treat but the construction overall is not great. Read more
