I love these clippers! They’re affordable, sharp so it’s easy and quick to clip your cats nails, they’re angled which makes it easier to get the right amount of nail without breaking your wrist, it opens wide but has a limit so you’re not fumbling around, it’s simple but effective. I will say that you shouldn’t leave it in an area that is humid like a bathroom, mine rusted within a year and it got like sticky on the blades/metal but in an area that I couldn’t clean so I had to toss them as it was hard to open and close them which made clipping my cats’ nails take longer and end in them running away from getting fed up. But I think if I hadn’t left them in the bathroom, they would’ve lasted over 5 years instead of less than 2 years. These are really comfortable to handle, and i like the slight angle. I purchased two pairs, one for a cat and one for a Flemish giant rabbit (because I’ve used a similar pair on him for years). On the cat: they work GREAT. They are quick to use (as long as the cat is agreeable), and they’re not sharp so they’re safe. On the rabbit: his nails are thicker, so it felt like they were bending slightly, like they couldn’t handle the thick nails. So not good for thick nails, but perfect for thin nails. Read more

I swear by this for trimming my kittens nails. Its ergonomic grip makes it very easy to trim nails even when my ca decides to move or get fiesty. It’s small and handy and my hands never hurt. Perfect for kittens as most big nail trimmers or those with nail clipping catchers are too big. Read more

I have a small dog with special nail needs due to SLO so we have a number of other clippers & several grinders. Still struggled with cutting his dewclaws without causing pressure or twisting his gnarly nails. I also have arthritis in my hands so that’s an extra challenge.. We just couldn’t find a position that is comfortable for both of us. He also has fluffy leg hair that so using the grinders is a risk. Can’t take him to groomers for nail trims because he gets quicked on at least one nail every time. He has very tricky & deceptive clear looking nails that aren’t at all normal due to SLO so I’ve had to quickly learn to do this myself. I can take my time & give him lots of treats & breaks if needed & above all be really careful not to cause injuries because keeping nail care a positive experience is super important for his health & quality of life. Got these after he tore a dewclaw because it was still too long. Have been able to comfortably use these on the uninjured dewclaw enough to really make a difference already. Now have some peace of mind that after the other one heals & grows back I will be able to manage to keep them short & hopefully prevent further injuries. The offset grip position is so helpful. Makes them much more functional for finding that correct & comfortable angle for both him & me. They are sharp & cut quickly & cleanly without needing a lot of pressure. Seem well made but can’t comment about durability yet since just got them. Still at this price point they will become a part our regular weekly nail maintenance. Read more

I was honestly just looking for a pink pair of clippers because most of my cats' things are pink and it's also my favorite color. Of course quality is important to me too, but the main thing was the color. However, I was pleasantly surprised because these clippers were cutting smooth as butter. I especially love the ergonomic bend because it makes the angle at which I hold it so much easier to cut without needing to have a death grip and straitjacket on my kittens. The only thing that worries me is that the blades seem not very tight, so I'm concerned it will loosen over time and get harder to cut with, but for now it's at a perfect tightness because it cuts cleanly without being difficult to open/close. If it does end up loosening, the price is reasonable enough that I wouldn't mind buying a replacement (as long as it's not like once every 6 months).
