I love this mat. I workout in my basement on a concrete floor. I had a different flooring down (those puzzle piece mats). Those worked fine, but....not that easy to clean. (And I have an aging dog that started peeing on it...). I wanted something that I could roll up out of the way. This mat is AWESOME. It is just the right amount of padding, and it does not slide on the floor at all. It's easy to clean, super comfortable for jumping workouts, very durable and good quality. It's worth the price. I HIGHLY recommend it! Read more
Good quality for home gym. Large size is great. Doesn’t slip around on floor. Very pleased. Read more
Good quality, nonslip surface. Soft but not squishy. I have mine directly on cement in a basement. It does not move when used for vigorous exercise or weight lifting. Works when placed on carpet as well, it lays a little bumpy, but does not move much during exercises. Read more
I've had this mat for a couple of years now, I use it in my garage for a weightlifting area, and it has held up extremely well. I came back to it to look for a larger size one and thought I'd write a review. This is not made of lightweight mushy foam like most mats I see on Amazon, this is a denser and thinner material, not super cushiony but very strong, even very heavy weights won't leave permanent marks on it. Only times I managed to damage it was when I accidentally dropped heavy IRON plates on it from a significant height, and it did leave a small cut on the surface, but it always saved my floor! I highly recommend these mats. Read more
I've been working out in my basement, which has plank vinyl flooring directly over concrete. After a few months of different high intensity workouts, my heels started to really hurt and I realized I needed some cushioning. So I purchased this mat. I've found it has helped my heel pain significantly, and it is great to be doing jumping jacks on something a little more cushioned. However, it was extremely slippery at first. Like, holding a downward dog position resulted in both hands and feet slipping in opposite directions. I cleaned it with a household cleaning spray, and after using it a few times I realize the slipperiness got much better. Most exercises when I am on my feet are just fine - squats, lunges, jumping jacks, etc. It is definitely slippery when wet, so that can be a problem if your hands or arms are wet when you're trying to hold a plank. But I personally handle this by using a yoga mat on top for any floor work, and the yoga mat never moves. It's a good compromise for me. I also do think if you're planning to use it for yoga over a hard floor, a yoga mat on top is recommended for extra cushioning. This mat is thick enough for a little extra cushioning but it's probably not soft enough for knees or elbows. Read more

Great Quality & Thoughtful Packaging I absolutely love this exercise mat! The quality is outstanding-sturdy, comfortable, and built to last. The size is perfect, giving me plenty of space to move without feeling cramped. I also really appreciate the way it was packaged; it clearly shows the manufacturer cares about their product and the customer’s experience. Highly recommend! Read more
When I got this and rolled it out I thought to myself that I made a mistake. Too thin - needs to be thicker for a concrete floor. I was wrong. I have my bare knees on it, doing weight bearing exercises and my knees are fine. I can see the temporary indent made when I press down in localized spots which shows me cushioning is happening. Glad to be wrong, it is working as intended. Read more
