I was dubious to buy these as refill for my foaming hand soap which I love. Guess what? They work and work well. You simply follow the easy instructions mixing water and soap in the foaming container. Voila you have a whole new foaming soap. Clue: you can get foam until the last drops! I love that there is virtually no plastic, and that they aren't just shipping water. We use purified water (either RO or Zero) to mix with good results. Great scent, and works great. Nothing leaked, very easy to mix. I like that we aren't paying for water to be shipped, which saves us money. Read more

I LOVE this LAVENDER scented FOAMING HAND SOAP! The foaming aspect makes this soap easy to dissolve, work to a lather, and then thoroughly rinse off of your hands without any residue - other than a leaving a pleasant lingering scent of LAVENDER. YES, the scent can be a bit STRONG while washing at the basin, however it rinses very cleanly, leaving YOU and the surrounding area with a nice fragrance (and whose bathroom and/or hands couldn't use a bit of regular "freshening"?). The scent is so pleasant and prevalent, that my grandchildren are often subject to "Grandma's sniff test" to determine if their handwashing skills were utilized and "up to snuff". Although loving the product and the option of mixing my own foaming soap via MRS. MEYERS 2oz FOAMING REFILLS, I truly cannot declare these little 2oz glass bottles a cost effective nor ecological advantage to that of the ORIGINAL MRS. MEYERS FOAMING PUMP BOTTLE DISPENSER. The cost comparison is about the same $5-6 for each refill bottle and each NEW FULL SIZE PUMP BOTTLE - and while the shipping box for the refills is efficient and certainly protects the small glass refill bottles, it appears to me as wasteful packaging (more packaging than shipping individual pump bottle/s along with other boxed AMAZON purchases). The only REAL advantage of the small refill bottles might be in-home storage, in that each bottle has a slightly smaller "footprint" than that of the pump bottle. Thus, do to the absence of cost efficiency and ecological factors, I subtracted one star from my overall rating. As for now, I will continue to use these refills. They mix ever-so-well with tap water - and STAY mixed; no separation. When mixed and placed into the sturdy, well constructed original pump dispenser that housed my initial purchase of MRS. MEYERS FOAMING SOAP, I find that it provides a nice, fine, substantial foam that works astoundingly well. In fact, it has taken about 2-2.5 years of consistent regular use of the original plastic pump bottle (albeit with consistent flushing/cleaning at each refill) to reach the point of requiring replacement of the original plastic pump bottle due to major malfunction of the pump apparatus (no longer ascends to resting position after dispersion of soap). So, you may ask, would I recommend these convenient little CONCENTRATED REFILL BOTTLES of scented foaming soap? YES, I think I would. In my opinion, it's a great product, performs as it should, and lives up to MRS. MEYERS consumer expectations... WELL, as long as your expectations of cost savings and/or ecological responsibility aren't foremost in your concerns. Read more

I have to admit that I gifted this. My sister is super strict when it comes to gift-giving. She doesn't want anything that takes up space, or can't be used up and gone in a short time frame. I gave her these soap refills, and she was absolutely delighted. Her whole dread of opening a gift was changed in an instant LOL!!
