MRS MEYERS CLEAN DAY Liquid Dish Soap Geranium 16 Fl Oz

I love the Mrs. Meyer's cleaning products line! Dishes truly do come out very clean, grease-free, and fresh smelling. Multiple surfaces come out spotless--including windows, mirrors, and walls. Even just using dish detergent will send the scent throughout my small apartment. That's why I gave the products 5 stars. I've purchased both Basil and Peony scents under an Amazon prime account which I received the next day! And, OMG those are wonderful scents!!! I was pleasantly surprised by Basil scent. It REALLY went well as dish detergent--and made my whole place smell great! The Basil scented dish detergent cut right through the very well seasoned remains on my dishes, lol. I need to get the multi-purpose cleaner. I loved it so much, my next purchase was Peony--a HEAVENLY scent which worked well with washing dishes and multi-surfaces. Ooh I love this scent very much and used it everywhere in my apartment and patio. I highly recommend both. 5 stars definitely! So, I ventured on to Geranium dish detergent and multi-purpose cleaner which I purchased through a regular amazon account ordered on 8/9 received on 8/14, so it was comparable to other delivery services. I really tried to like this scent. It was too strong and "flowery" for me. I tend to mix up Geranium and Gardenia and ended up buying a scent I don't like. I give the Geranium scent 3 stars. But that's ok because I have essential oils at home. Just a few drops of Ylang Ylang cut and changed the scent--and I like it! I also tested other essential oils mixing Geranium with Cedarwood, then Geranium with Frankincense (of all things I thought wouldn't work). They smelled really good!! Other oils that smelled good were Vanilla and Orange which I consider to be ol' reliable scents. So Mrs Meyer's production team, those are some suggestions lol. I was pleasantly surprised with this product - I just love the smell of this one! Smell is so subjective & there are other Mrs Meyers products that I don't enjoy quite as much. I grew up in Australia & the geranium smelling products reminds of gardens I grew up around, craft stores & markets. I could smell this all day! Besides giving me a trip down memory lane, the dish soap actually functions as a very decent dish soap. I soak & scrub baby bottles in this before running them through the dishwasher & it doesn't leave an oily film like other dish soaps (I like that it is somewhat natural also). It lifts stubborn food right off pots & pans also. The bottle is a decent size & you really don't need a lot of it get this product working. Im not going to lie: sometimes I run a sink full of hot water with this in it (and no dishes) just to get my smell fix! It makes the house smell delicious. I am addicted!! I will be buying the geranium in any other Mrs Meyers product I can get my hands on. I've also tried the bluebell & honeysuckle...they are delicious also but my fav is this one. Read more

If you’re an avid dish soap user with the cute duckies on it, you’re aware it’s quite difficult to steer another direction. Being on a mission to use a dish soap better for my hands, & eco friendly I will say I have found just that. Was skeptical about buying without smelling which is one of the cons of online shopping.
