Great detergent! I love the scent and that it's made with plant derived cleaning ingredients, essential oils, and stain fighting enzymes. There's no artificial colors, no optical brighteners, no parabens or phthalates. The natural essential oils add a natural softness to the fabric and is gentle on clothes. The bottle size is 64 oz and you get 64 loads if you fill the cap to the middle of the ridge for a regular load. I always fill the cap all the way to the top and rub extra detergent on tough stains; so I get less then 64 loads, but I'm happy with the outcome of using this product. If you want your clothes and bedding to smell absolutely incredible — this is the one! The quality of the detergent is excellent; it cleans well while being gentle and safe thanks to its natural ingredients. I love that the scent lasts long after washing — it’s fresh, elegant, and not artificial like many other brands. The bottle caps were not taped like usual, & one bottle leaked all over the box. Not happy about that, & reason for the 4 stars! But the detergent works well w/our well water. Not happy with the buy-out & change of ingredients, so we have to double rinse with vinegar as a softener & a better rinse, but it gets out cooking oil spots, etc. I put it on the spots the day before washing & this detergent gets them out. Plus the Rain scent is light & pleasant. Read more

Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day Liquid Laundry Detergent is just plain good for the earth, as good as detergent can be that is. Essential oils, biodegradable and most importantly, effective! Birchwood scent seems natural to me. It’s not flowery or too strong. For me, it’s worth its weight in gold. I am absolutely hooked. I can’t recommend it more highly. Read more
