Instructions not completely clear
The product fits our shower very nicely. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the directions were not very clear. It took longer to put together than if the instructions had been easier to understand. Read more

Sturdy and has enough holders for all shower items. Opening in the center for hand held hose is great feature. Recommend. Read more
Hardware do not match the item.
The hardware that came with this order don't go with the actual product. The instructions are clear but the hex screws are the wrong size. The 2 hex keys are both too big and too small. There are endcaps that aren't even in the inventory per the instruction sheet. This is not a good hanging caddy and I didn't hesitate to submit return request. I don't recommend this item. Read more

PATIENCE IS KEY
Let me start off by stating this requires a steady hand, plenty of time and an enormous amount of patience to put together. In the end, it is worth it. This caddy is top tier quality and I’m very happy that I didn’t give up. The directions that came with it were fine and I loved the note from MSAICOE offering replacement parts and assistance putting the caddy together. The only problem here are the short screws. Longer screws would solve everything. Quite honestly, I managed with the short screws, it just took a very long time to get everything together securely. I love the size of the caddy and the option to adjust the height. I can literally store everything I need and then some! I’m more than pleased now that it’s assembled. I did deduct one star for the time it took to assemble due to the supplied parts. Other than that, this caddy is so amazing! Best one I’ve ever seen! Read more

Large Shower Caddy
If I follow the instructions to the letter I would have a beautiful pile of metal. There is a suction cup included but no instruction on how to attach it, nor is it in the parts list. They say put in the screws but don’t mention the screw caps in the parts list nor to use them. So, if you are an inexperienced person that will add to your stress level. The tiny wrench they give you is useless. There are adhesive stickers to help keep it steady on the wall. This is great unless you have tile as the surface may not be smooth. Now I have avenues for water and mold over grout because the stickers cannot be flush. It is a light weight metal which undoubtedly will rust over time. On the positive note, it is good size and allows for much more storage. It has potential to be a great product however it needs more time on the instruction, how it affixes to the wall and the general quality of parts. It came compact in a box with every piece together. It was so tight I risked breaking one of the plastic cups just trying to pry it out of the basket. I got this to replace my old tiny caddy…Now I feel like I should keep it just in case this falls apart, rusts or molds out. Going to give it a try either way. Hoping for the best. Read more
