These are the absolute best clippers I have seen or used. They are sharp and can cut through any nail. I would not use them on children because they will cut whatever they come into contact with. I will never use another type. Read more
Great pair of fingernail clippers. Be careful very sharp. Great price. Read more
These nail clippers are sharp and work great. The only small issue I have is that they are pretty smooth where you need to apply pressure. I have added a little grip tape to the areas and made them 100x more useable for me. I would buy these again if I had to. They seem sturdy. It's better than using an angle grinder for my toe nails Read more
These are great. Well designed and made, simple to use (they do flatten) and most importantly, easy to grip. I have very hard nails and they don't leave them shredded after cutting. No need to file afterwards. I recommend them for people with mild arthritis. Read more

As others have mentioned (and shown), one of the spring arms broke on my fingernail trimmers after only owning them for six months. However, the blades are still wondrously sharp! I've used them both for my cats' nails, and my own -- which are thick enough that I can cut aluminum cans with them, so finding a set that didn't require MASHING through them with an extreme amount of force has been quite difficult. I was soooo happy at how well these cut, and without having to apply much force! When using them on the cats they cut so well that, if I can catch them napping/not paying attention, I can clip a nail off without them even realizing what happened! I will likely purchase them again just because, despite how quickly the spring failed, I just haven't found any other clippers that perform so well... Read more
Like that they are easier to hold, however, they would be much better if there was a rough texture to make them even easier to grip. I really like the large hole for better gripping. I very agree with whomever wrote the sentences above. I am old and because of this the skin on my fingers has become very smooth - making it very difficult to grasp and hold on to the clippers. I often cut my fingers or toes because I lose my grip just as I apply pressure. For my most recent use I put tape on them to get a better grip - it helped a little bit. Before I use them again I plan to us a metal file or sandpaper to create a texture that is easier to hold. I realize that finding clips with a rough texture handle is next to impossible to find. I have over a dozen clippers and all of them have smooth handles. If you make then with a rough texture in the future please let me know - I will probably buy a pair. Read more
