In my professional opinion, this is the BEST kinesio tape available right now. I have tried many (KinesioTex, Therabrand, KT and Rocktape) on the athletes & non-athletes I treat. It sticks well, lasts through a couple of workouts, & showers well. Pretty much, everyone likes the pink camo. Personally, I always carry a roll of the black when I travel. It sticks amazingly well - I used it on an 8 day rafting trip on my own swollen knee & only had to change it out once during the trip (& again after I got a REAL shower). Last year, I broke a bone in the arch of my foot while in Hawaii & it saved the trip. I taped it up, put it in an ice bath daily & was able to keep moving & not disrupt everyone else's vacation. Caveat: I'm a certified k-tape practitioner (& doctor) - for just anyone off the street needing similar support, it might not support as well, bc HOW you tape matters as much as the tape. But if you are a professional or athlete tired of all the different brands out there that really don't work that well, here's your tape! My daughter is a high school athlete and has the normal bumps and bruises. She uses this product for extra support when needed. We have moved to the Mueller tape due to a number of reasons. First is better adhesion especially when she begins to sweat. Cost less than the major name brand. She likes to support a company from the state we live in. Read more

I have used at least three other brands of kinesiology tape and the Mueller tape is the one I keep going back to. Extremely easy to apply and once it's on, it's on. I've used it through several sprint triathlons, an olympic triathlon, and countless hours of training (swimming, biking, and running). I have rarely had an issue with it peeling off early. It stays in place well for at least a couple of days. If anything, taking it off is the worst part because of how strong the adhesive is (which I won't fault against the product). I’ve used Muller KT tape before and this last order is not up to par as original Muller Tape. The tape is thinner and glue does stick, does not last end of the day and starts peeling off. I can usually keep a pc of tape on for 3 days on my heal for plantar fasciitis - a lot of movement and showers it would stay on. This order is not the same - knock off - counterfeit tape. Going to return and hopefully I can find it at a pharmacy or sports store. Read more
My physical therapist introduced me to this great product cause my pain was unbearable. For $10-12 you can't beat the price for pain management, I definitely wouldn't be able to endure 8 hrs on my feet without kinesiology tape. Don't go with the cheap brands - they fall off in less than 8 hrs whereas ktape will last 24-96hrs. If you massage it across wherever you use this on the body. If it doesn't seem to work for you don't give up, just try placing the tape in a different angle. There's a website included to watch video how-to place the tape on for different areas of the body. Once you begin to notice the difference you'll be an amazon subscriber, like me, for Kinesiology Tape and amazon has the best price around...I've checked. I use it to stabilize my ankle when I take a long walk. My husband uses it to tape his mouth at night to prevent his jaw from falling open while using his C-pap breathing machine. We've tried many other tape products. This one is the best for every body's need. Read more
